Meet our head teacher & CEO

Elizabeth Arriaga
Head Teacher & CEO
Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for nurturing young minds. She has been a dedicated teacher since 2011, working in both Head Start programs and private childcare settings. This diverse background has shaped her inclusive and compassionate approach to teaching and caregiving.
As the founder and lead teacher of Elizabeth’s Family Childcare Center, she is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel loved, respected, and inspired to grow. Her educational philosophy combines structured learning with hands-on exploration, imaginative play, and social-emotional development, ensuring that each child is supported at their own pace.
Elizabeth’s work is rooted in individualized care, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication with families. She believes that learning flourishes in environments filled with trust, creativity, and connection. Families often describe her as nurturing and attentive, seeing her as an extension of their own family—someone who goes above and beyond to celebrate each child’s growth and milestones.
Her mission is to help every child thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially—through thoughtful guidance and care that feels like home.
